Building Clearance

Empty buildings often remain unoccupied for varying periods of time until a decision is made about their future use or until new owners or tenants can be found. During this time insurance companies will often require all combustible materials, non-secured fixtures and fitting and waste materials to be removed.

We can also provide inspections and written reports regarding the condition of the building fabric, security from intruders and pest related issues that often develop in unoccupied buildings. Regular scheduled building inspections can also be carried out to keep landlords, building managers and other parties responsible for the care and upkeep of disused and vacant buildings informed about its condition.
